Our field staff of factory trained service engineers are fully equipped with the latest specialist tools to ensure a speedy repair to your equipment in the event of a breakdown. They are also trained in the use of the latest diagnostic equipment, including lap-tops, to enable them to pin point your problem without delay. We commit considerable amounts of time to outside training for our engineers.
They are supported by our service manager, Nigel Summerfield, who has spent most of his 35 years in the agricultural machinery industry specialising in John Deere products. Nigel is supported in administration by Sara Cox, and they are keen to quote you for all your requirements, and to support your warranty needs. We can offer PowerGard mechanical breakdown cover from John Deere to protect your investment over a longer period.
Our engineers are not only conversant with the latest machines and technology, but also with older tractors and equipment. We are not limited to John Deere, Grimme, Kverneland, Simba, Spearhead and Stihl, or our other franchises, and we will be happy to quote you for the repair or servicing of any make.
We are strong believers in prevention being better than cure, and are keen to offer you competitive fixed prices on routine and contract maintenance, leaving you with minimal downtime to allow you to use your equipment to it's full capacity when it is needed, and within a sensible budget.
In addition we have full time staff who specialise in horticultural machinery, and we can offer a special winter servicing price from October to March.
